How to Delete Your iWriteOffer Account & Data

We respect your privacy and want to make it easy for you to remove your personal information from our service. Please follow the steps below; once deleted, this action is irreversible and may take up to 30 days to complete.

Email Request for Deletion

1. From the email address associated with your iWriteOffer account, send a message to:
   support@iwriteoffer.com
2. In the subject line, write:
   “Account Deletion Request”
3. In the body of your email, please include:
   1. Your full name
   2. The email address you used to sign up
   3. A brief statement requesting permanent deletion of your account and all personal data
4. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process your request. Full deletion of all backups and logs may take up to 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently erase:

• Your profile information (name, photo, email)
• All saved offers, drafts, and user preferences
• Analytics, usage history, and any logs tied to your user ID

Note: We retain only the minimum data required by law, and even that will be purged after our standard retention period.

After Deletion

• You will no longer be able to sign in with your previous credentials.
• Reinstalling the app or signing up again will create a brand-new account.
• Any content you shared (e.g., in group chats) will remain but will be anonymized to “Deleted User.”
